The footprint film festival poster was made using both digital and hand-on art. The assignment was to create a poster for their annual film festival using any digital medium. I felt combing both digital and manual art would be unique and interesting I had sketched the moon using a black Staedtler pen. I have sketched the moon by hand and it was inspired by the dream works logo; I felt it would compliment the theme of the poster being a film festival one. I also added tiny footprints (symbolising footprint film festival) as well as a girl sitting on the edge of the moon with a camera. The background is the same paper I had used to sketch the moon, and I crinkled it to add tactile imagery.
